PRESERVE AT PALM AIRE (THE)

My Mom moved here two and a half years ago and is very very happy. We looked at some other senior living communities but she fell in love with the circular staircase in the entranceway. She loves having meals with her new friends, going to exercise classes and having a bus ride to different stores. My daughters always feel welcome when they visit too.

The Preserve at Palm Aire is a great facility with caring and loving staff members. The facility itself is well priced offering a multitude of activities for senior living, as well as a Food service that is like going to a restaurant. The Staff that I have personally interacted with are Karen Director of Sales, Morgan Hyde, Assistant Director of Sales, and Nick Dining Manager. These representatives go above and beyond to make sure that your loved one has the best daily experience and assist with all of their moving in needs. I have also met three of the maintenance gentlemen; Ray, Albert, and Matthew helping ready an apartment to be lived in. I highly recommend The Preserve at Palm Aire as a facility for a loved one to move into and be treated as part of the family!

The Preserve of Palm Aire is truly a standout retirement community, and a huge part of what makes it so special is the exceptional activities team. There is always something exciting happening here, thanks to their incredible Activities Director, Sarah, who constantly dreams up creative, fun, and meaningful events that keep residents engaged and smiling. Whether it’s themed parties, unique social gatherings, or hands-on experiences, she brings an energy and vision that makes every day feel special. Kylie’s exercise and wellness programs are another highlight of life at The Preserve. Her classes are not only enjoyable, they’re thoughtfully designed to support strength, balance, and overall well-being. Residents rave about her enthusiasm and expertise, and honestly, we can’t wait for the day her classes open to the public—people are going to love them just as much as my mom does! Over in Bridges, Aurora is a true star. Her ability to engage, connect, and inspire a group of 20+ residents at once is nothing short of brilliant. She brings patience, creativity, and heart to every session, and it shows in the way residents light up when she walks in the room. If you’re looking for a community filled with passion, positivity, and programs that truly enrich daily life, The Preserve of Palm Aire is an absolute gem. Every team member goes above and beyond, and it makes all the difference.

My family and I were so impressed with how engaged everyone is — from daily activities, social events, and even the dining experience (the food is surprisingly great!).
