PRESTIGE ESTATES LLC

After visiting and researching memory care facilities in Tyler, my sisters and I decided Prestige Estates was best suited to our family’s needs. It was also the most recommended by other professionals in this area. My 92 year old dad moved into Prestige the end of January 2020...2 months before Covid 19 hit Texas! Daddy had dementia, heart issues, hearing issues, and a few other limitations. Cheri, Keisha, and all the staff there made Daddy and the rest of us feel welcome and loved from day one. We quickly felt like family! When State mandates restricted visitation; Cheri and Keisha were amazing about making it possible for us to talk to Daddy on a regular basis. When Daddy’s kidneys and heart began to fail; they along with Sherry, our Hospice nurse (Bristol Hospice)recognized the signs and were able to allow us modified contact with my Dad during his last hours on this earth. There is no doubt in my mind that God opened doors for us to be at Prestige during such a challenging time. I would give them 20 gold stars if that was an option!!

We moved my mom to Prestige in August of 2017 and have loved it since day 1. The ownership and the staff have been nothing but loving and caring to my mom and our whole family. Mom recently moved from the assisted living side to the memory care and the transition has been smooth, and once again, everyone has been so wonderful. I searched all of Tyler when we decided it was time to bring her closer to us and while several of the communities were nice, Prestige felt "homey" for lack of a better term. During COVID they have made sure our family members were safe and loved when we couldn't be there physically, they helped us with getting letters to state officials to try to get in person visits and I NEVER doubted that my mom was in the best hands. I will not say that there aren't other wonderful places in Tyler for your loved ones, but I will say that there are none suited better for my mom an our family! I love everyone there and whether mom lives another week or decade or more I will be forever grateful to Prestige, their staff, and the Redman family

After our Mother passed away, we were looking for the perfect place for our Dad to live. He is a retired physician who was absolutely lost without his beloved wife. We need not look anywhere else after walking into Prestige Estates. It lives up to it's name from the aesthetics to the employees. The place feels like home from the moment you walk through the doors. He has been there a little over 3 years now and we have been pleased since day one. The staff members are caring and loving and make the residents feel like they are at home. Always something new and fun to do...or not. Each resident is treated like an individual and respected as such. The staff also cater to the families, frequently inviting them to events with their loved ones as well as being there to listen or help out with the numerous questions and concerns of caring for the elderly. Prestige is definitely the place to be.

Where to begin? Prestige welcomed my mother-in-law with open arms and open hearts. The level of care she received was far and above what we could ever have asked. She was immediately made to feel at home by staff, administration, and residents. I've known about Prestige and the family that owns and operates the facility for many years but only from the outside looking in. They are some of the most loyal, genuine and caring people I've ever known and I truly believe they intentionally seek out staff that possess these same characteristics. In the two years my mother-in-law was a resident, we had very few complaints or issues of any substance. But when we did, the staff was always sympathetic and promptly addressed our concerns in the best manner possible. Thank you, Prestige Estates. You have blessed my family so very much.

The Prestige Estates is an outstanding assisted living center that has been the home of my In Laws for the past two years. Since they have resided in this community, they have always received excellent service, outstanding treatment and are impressed with the quality of life and services offered here. My Father In law, recently passed away and the Staff and Owner went out of their way to make sure that a reception and a luncheon was provided so that all residents as well as guests could come and pay respects to my Mother In Law. She is still a resident, she is very happy and thinks the World of this community. Seeing her happy, makes my wife and I very happy. The excellent treatment they and she continues to receive from the Staff and Owner gives great comfort knowing they are treated like family. Without a doubt bringing my In Laws from New Mexico to Tyler and finding the Prestige Estates has been one of the best decisions we have made. Having access to excellent Health care and excellent staffers providing and meeting their needs is a real blessing.
