The Admissions Director, Laurie, was instrumental in my in-laws decision to move into Monticello Park Assisted Living Community. She gave us a wonderful tour and reserved a beautiful one bedroom apartment for my in-laws. She also provided us with information regarding emergent hospice services in congruence with Monticello Park. Both my in-laws are now living in this beautiful and safe residence. The nursing care and staff have shown them great kindness and assistance. We are so thankful to the team at Monticello Park Assisted Living.

Keep hearing your commercial on the radio and I would just like to speak up about my grandmas experience there 2 years ago. Your food is terrible, you wouldn't give my grandma her meds at the right time, and there were days where she fell out of bed and laid on the floor until my dad or mom went and got her off of it. If you love your grandparents, mom, and dad do not bring them there. Maybe its gotten better since two years ago but by reading reviews apparently not.

Bringing my 92 yr old Aunt here for a tour turned out to be such a lovely day! We had lunch, sitting with two sweet ladies who were relatively new to Monticello Park and really enjoying their new homes! All those we came into contact with were friendly and welcoming. Our “tour guide” Laurie was great and gave us all the pertinent information needed to help with my Aunt’s decision to move to this fine residential place. She is very excited to begin her new adventure into Independent Living at Monticello Park!
