Let me start by saying Divine Living in Holt is amazing. I moved my grandma there after four placements in just 2.5 months, and it was the best decision we could have made. When I first met with Carrie and Shelly, I was 100% honest. I told them that if I didn’t like the care or felt my grandma was being neglected in any way, I would move her right back out. They kept their promise. As an RN, and coming from a family of medical professionals, we understand that caregivers are often underpaid and overworked. Because of this, I was skeptical and assumed I would need to be there constantly to ensure she was receiving proper care. I never had to do that once. Everyone was amazing—not only to my grandma, but to our family as well. My grandma was a very stubborn woman who never held back her feelings, and she never once had a complaint about being there. That speaks volumes. My only regret is not moving her there in the first place.

I would like to say I feel very blessed to have the staff at Divine. Kari has help me with the transferring of my brother from home to assisting living. My brother is deaf and they so help with the communication between myself and him if he needs me. All the staff and residents have been amazing. Thank you

My family moved my mother into Divine Living in June. We have been consistently pleased with the high level of care she's received. The staff and caregivers are patient, kind, and knowledgeable. This has been a learning experience for us, and both Carrie and Shelly have taken so much time explaining things to me, answering questions, and following through on requests. The morning, afternoon, and evening staff know their residents. They recognize when something might be off or different, and deal with any issues. We are very grateful for their care.

My person has been in memory care for over a year! Staff is friendly and helpful they work hard to meet requirements! Special events are celebrated! They put effort in to include all residents and visitors! Safety precautions are in place and practiced. I am happy this resource is available to our family! I can visit without restrictions and that is important to me!

We just recently moved my brother into the Holt facility. We are very pleased, the place is very clean. The staff are so friendly, very helpful! They treat your family member as their family. I would like to put a special Thank you out to Carrie Berlin- Adminster, Dustin Dietary Director, and Shelly Miller Health and Wellness Coordinator. They have gone above and beyond making sure we have everything we need. They made this transition so smooth for my brother. I would recommend this facility to my family and friends.
