Preston House

This is a great community! I have been to a couple events and it is always clean and the residents are always out and not just in their rooms. I love that they have all private rooms and they have a huge, beautiful backyard. Candice, the Marketing Director, is kind, compassionate, and professional!

My mother was at Preston House for 21 months. She was always clean, fed and content. The staff is excellent in their care and were always willing to help in any way. Candace and April were so helpful when I had to move my mom from another facility which was a stressful time for me.

I have been in the senior industry a long time and very picky of communities I recommend to families. Preston House is one I would pick for my own mom. The staff is fantastic and truly cares. Candice Myers has a heart of gold and a true passion for helping our seniors. She will take such wonderful care of you during the process. I love her sprit and can't say enough great things about her. April is a first class Executive Director and runs the community with love. You will be happy you picked this community for your loved one.

Moving our mother to Preston House was the best decision we have made in all the years our mother has suffered from Alzheimer’s. I’m there just about everyday and she is ALWAYS clean, fed, and smiling. Her room is always neat and comfortable as well. Our mother spent years in another facility where she was neglected so in the process of looking at new places Preston House really stuck out. The facility is always clean and the staff goes above and beyond and it shows from the start. I had multiple staff members inquiring about our mother as I was getting her room ready. That spoke volumes to me. It was a very scary decision to make as our trust had been broken so badly from our prior experience. From the start, everyone was wonderful. And they have continued each day to prove that. And when I say everyone, I mean everyone. I’m always greeted with a smile. If you are looking into Preston House and have any doubts, don’t. I could not be happier with the care our mother is receiving. I have peace of mind now after years of worry and doubt. Thank you Preston House!

Our mother was at Preston House for a little over a year. She was well taken care of and felt very safe. The staff from housekeeping, aides, med techs, the cook and maintenance was always looking out for her and visited with her. She would welcome their hugs and conversation. And in the last hours they were attentive and supportive of me as well. The hospice staff they have is amazing as well. Thank you for helping us Preston House staff!
