PRICELESS TIME ADULT FAMILY HOME II

I toured this group home and left feeling very sad for the residents. My biggest issue was the smashed fish tank in the backyard of shattered, sharp broken glass (see picture attached). Shouldn't the safety of the residents would be their priority? Also, the caregiver who toured me showed me the available room removed a used hospital gown from the bed, and threw it in the closet right in front of me! That seems extremely unsanitary. The furniture in the home should be thrown in the garbage. It was all ripped up and did not even appear to be functional. The weeds in the yard were taller than the windows, the residents could not even enjoy looking out the window.
