As a hospice RN I go to many facilities and this one is one of the best in this region. Consistently clean, attentive staff, good food, and upgraded facilities. The rooms are big with private individual bathrooms. Very impressed.

I would definitely recommend this facility if you are in need of physical therapy rehab. I recommend Pride for many reasons but mostly because of their care and their management teams. I spent two weeks there after having some post op issues in the hospital for over a week after my hip replacement. These issues got my recovery off to a slow start and had me concerned. After a few days of their management team taking the time and effort to work with my insurance carrier and getting me accepted to the facility. The PTs and OTs staff were great and always willing to explain the course of action being taken and why. I made major advances in my recovery due to their care. The nurses were very attentive to my needs regarding pain management. The CNAs were pleasant, professional, and responsive to most any personal need. I am very grateful for the care and kindness I was shown by EVERYONE I encountered during my stay. I have my second hip replacement scheduled for July and I am hoping I am able return to Pride for another round of their care.

I highly recommend this facility. I did 3 separate stays in 11 months and each time the care was superb. The nursing staff is attentive and very in tune with pain management. The CNA’s are pleasant, professional and responsive. PT and OT staff are great. I made major advances through their care. I am grateful for the care and kindness I was shown.

We had wonderful exeperiences each time for my aunt, who was there on 2 occasion and will return if ever needed for rehab. She was a difficult case but was treated with respect everytime. She received therapy daily with Sunday being the only exception. Healthcare will always be a touchy subject and we have been to other facilities but this place is a good one. Pride team should take pride in their excellent cares and always being respectful from floor staff to management.

My wife stayed at Pride TLC for 9 days for knee replacement rehab, The facility is beautiful and MOST staff are amazing. Food is excellent. However, my wife checked herself out earlier than planned due to other medical issues being ignored. Plus, the director, Sally, needs a major attitude adjustment. The day my wife left Pride she had a follow up with her surgeon. Sally contacted her surgeon's office and indicated my wife expected a 0 pain level which was an outright lie. Sally can be very degrading. When my wife checked herself out, Sally gave her 30 minutes to make her decision. Also, one of the physical therapists made a comment to my wife, indicating that there were other people there were doing so much better than she was. This comment was uncalled for and never took into consideration my wife;s other health issues (previous stroke, severe stenosis, and a rare brain disease).
