I am so grateful for the staff for taking care of my parents so well! The quality of care, service and food were excellent and beyond my expectations. We love the caring owners. Edit: as a continued effort in taking care of my parents, I once again have to thank the owners. They've ramped their facility, improved care, and increased their day to day operations in terms of outreach and activities. Their organization is on point and everything is done on time from meals to activities. Highly recommend to stop by and meet these lovely owners, they will gladly take care of your loved ones!

There is a 1 star review from Eric, I have to say, his mom, my aunt, had great care at PrimeCare. The issue was with her son, Eric. He refused to take his mom to any doctor appointments, when her UTI got so bad & Primecare wanted her to go to the ER he refused to take her. Primecare suggested his mom get moved a larger facility with more staff. Once his mom got moved I ended up having to take over everything including her finances, and he hasn't been to see his mom in over 5 months. So it's him that doesn't care. Primecare, looked after her, kept her safe and very clean. Her hair was always braided and cute and her clothes were clean. The house is always very clean and smells good. I had 0 complaints. If I would have taken over sooner she would still be there.

do not put you loved one in this place , my mom was in there and did not get the care she needed , all they want is your money , they will do nothing for you or your mom and or dad , they will just leave them in a bed and do absolutely nothing for them , don't take them outside for fresh air , feed them the same thing day after day and could have cared less about her well being
