Primrose is truly wonderful! Our family credits Primrose for both dramatically improving the quality of our Dad's life as his dementia progressed, and also extending his life by years. We are so grateful for the warm and attentive care he received every day.

There is not enough room or stars to say how wonderful Primrose is. Don’t look at other places because we tried some and visited many, and Primrose was the best. Every single person who worked there was dedicated to their job and to the residents. They all showed compassion and provided the best care. We visited often at different times of the day and there was always love and support provided to the residents. We moved our mom here from another place and what a difference. She was so happy at Primrose and so were we, her family, that she was getting the care that she deserved. Not only did she receive excellent care, but her family received support and guidance as well. It is not an easy journey for those with dementia, but Primrose provided everything our mom and her family needed. As our mom moved into her final chapter with dementia, Primrose was there to help in every way. We couldn’t have done it without their help and support to the very end. We honestly are an awe of how wonderful each person who works there does their job and the constant compassion they show. What Primrose offers cannot be matched by other places. The care is excellent, the food, the beautiful grounds, and nothing can compare to the care they provide.

There aren’t enough stars for me to adequately review this very special place. My husband spent three months in the Day Club and thirteen months in residential care. I was able to experience the respect, the reverence, the compassion, the personal touch, the care that the caregivers give each and every resident. I leave Primrose with a heavy heart but with the very deepest gratitude. A special place indeed.

I had a family member at Primrose, and I was so appreciative every day when I would pick her up and see how happy she was! The staff is so caring and helpful with such a difficult and tragic disease. They manage to preserve the dignity of the residents and make the time they have so much more meaningful. I highly recommend this facility!
