Should you have a need for Board and Care services, and Primrose has availability, DO NOT hesitate to sign a contract with Mo and his team. Unfortunately, there was no bed available for my father-in-law when he needed to be placed, but that did not stop Mo from doing all he could to help me and my family. He gave me information on how to appeal to the insurance company and skilled nursing facility, and called around on my behalf to help find another suitable Board and Care. He even offered to help advocate to the social worker on our behalf, AND offered to connect us with a VA services contact, never asking for anything in return. This man is beyond kind and absolutely the person you want to have overseeing the care of those you love most. I am so completely awestruck at his level of service and the generosity of his time and experience.

My mom lived there and the care she received was nothing short of amazing. The staff is lovely and they take great care of their residents. The home is spotless and the grounds are beautiful. I highly recommend this home if you are looking for a board and care home

After a lot of stress and anxiety trying to find a safe, clean and caring place for my 95 year old mother; I finally found Primrose Senior Care Home. The staff of Jean, Jojo, Mo and all of the other wonderful people who work there, has made placing my mother in somewhere other than her home of 27 years, has been a tremendous comfort to myself and my siblings. Their care and understanding with people of all ages and ailments is truly a relief for any one looking for such a place. They have a beautiful backyard with fruit trees, flowers, and four reclining chairs for their enjoyment. The most important thing I can say is the peace and confidence I have that my mom is well taken care of, is priceless.

We feel so blessed to have found Mo and his staff. Dad is always saying how happy he is and how well Mo and the staff treat him. All the residents are cared for like they are family. The house dog is an added blessing. Dad and the other residents enjoy him. The backyard is great and dad spends a lot of his time in the yard just like he did at his house. We developed a friendship with one of the residents family and on holidays we had potlucks together. We feel that placing dad at Primrose was the best family decision we made for his care. We know he is well cared for and give us comfort knowing he is in a safe and caring environment.
