Every time I enter the community I’m greeted with a smile and a staff member who always appears to be happy. It doesn’t matter who answers the door. They always have a smile on their face. You can tell the employees at Primrose truly enjoy their job. I brought my mom here and she absolutely loves it. She says the management team is great and always take time to stop and talk to her. She loves that she does not have to cook anymore and she gets an option off of a real menu of things to eat. There is always something for her to do and it’s hard to find her as she’s always out and about in the community. she did not realize how much she was missing out until she got here and started socializing again. She says this is one of the best things that I could’ve done as a daughter is to push her out of her comfort zone, and move her into a senior community

For the past six or seven years, my father has lived at Primrose Retirement Community in Mishawaka. I've been very impressed with the facility and the staff during this time. There is a wonderful ambiance at Primrose, and the grounds are well kept. It's so nice to know that even though my dad is in an independent apartment, he can enjoy the wonderful meals provided and the staff is attentive to his needs. We're all very happy that he is there.
