Primrose is a beautiful home to be considered. The staff is great. Nurse Keshia is very helpful and caring.

I cannot say enough good things about Primrose Assisted Living! From the moment we walked through the doors, we were greeted with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care. The staff go above and beyond every single day to make sure the residents feel safe, comfortable, and truly at home. The facility itself is beautifully maintained-clean, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed for residents' needs. Activities are engaging, meals are nutritious and delicious, and the sense of community is incredibly heartwarming. Most importantly, the compassion and respect the staff show toward residents and their families is unmatched. John Morris, the Executive Director of this community, is a knowledgeable and experienced leader. Knowing that our loved one is in such capable and caring hands brings our entire family peace of mind. Thank you to everyone at Primrose staff for all that you do. You truly make a difference.

I can't say enough good things about Primrose of Tyler. When we called to get my mother-in-law admitted, they were incredibly responsive and were able to get everything sorted the same day. After a series of challenges with her care, including a hospital stay and her inability to return home, we were in a bit of a crisis. The Primrose team went above and beyond to assess her needs, complete all the necessary paperwork, and even arrange for respite furniture to be set up in her new space—all in one day. Their communication throughout the process was outstanding, and they made what could have been a much more difficult situation so much easier. I’m truly appreciative of how they handled everything and helped us avoid what could have been a much worse outcome.
