PRIMROSE RETIREMENT COMMUNITIES

I was in independent living for 3 months - entered and left on my own volition -but did not get my deposit refund until 6.5 months after several calls, etc. Never have I had refunds returned in such a long time . There was nothing charged against me so interest was probably the reason for the delay.

Cassie and Katie have been wonderful to work with! Cassie was super helpful in recommendations and guiding us through multiple transitions with my parents, and this was while we were still just on the wait-list. Now that Mom is moved in and Dad is almost out of rehab, we look forward to both of them settling in to enjoy and thrive in this community. Everyone has been super friendly and accommodating and I personally love the fact that there is independent living and 2 bedroom apartments at Primrose too. It creates a different and more positive energy compared to other facilities/homes.

Primrose Retirement Community is a top notch facility. It is very clean, the staff is friendly and courteous and always doing things with the patrons. The kitchen staff and food are excellent. They also do so many things for their Veterans that stay there. I have 3 really close friends that are at Primrose and they could not be happier! If you are looking for a place for a loved one, this is the place.
