PRIMROSE RETIREMENT COMMUNITY

The decision to move into an assisted living facility may be easy for some, but for my parents, leaving their home after 47 years was a frightening thought. That being said, after a lot of research, discussions, reference checks, and best fit tours, Primrose stood out for our family! The staff was welcoming, the facility was clean, and while in the decision phase, so many residents came up to my parents and family to welcome them, listen to their story, and let them know about their positive experience. Now 8 months in and my parents love it! From anger of having to move to acceptance, and now the joy and heeling that has taken place in my mother’s heart is what we prayed so long for. If faced with a similar decision, know from our family to yours, Primrose is a safe, nurturing, caring, and incredible place to call home.

My parents moved into Primrose about a year ago. It was the best decision we could have made. We wanted to make sure our parents were happy and safe. Primrose is truly their home. Unfortunately my father passed away a couple of months ago but my mother wanted to stay. She feels like it is now her home. I can’t speak highly enough about everyone. The workers are very caring. The residents become family. Primrose offers many things for the residents to do. My mom loves the bingo and the ice cream. She gets her hair done every week. Very convenient. The food is very good as well. They change the menu every week to mix it up. Thank you Primrose for making us feel at home. You are all AMAZING!!

The facility is lovely and all the team members are wonderful with the residents. As you walk the halls the staff team is consistently calling residents by name which is meaningful to me. I also value the activities offered such as going out on country drives and trying a new restaurant for lunch. It’s nice knowing my parents are attending outings that are pre-planned for their enjoyment. There are also many activities offered onsite so boredom is never a concern. Primrose is a wonderful place!
