I visit a lot of businesses as this and this place appeared very clean, well maintained, and didnt reek of urine!! Staff was very kind as well. Definitely could benefit from having a mail room for deliveries.

Primrose is a lovely senior living community. It's clean and well maintained. Victoria, the sales director, is very knowledgeable and caring. She really takes the time to help seniors and their families.

I took the tour with Victoria Steven's. She is so great at her job. Very knowledgeable, friendly, sense of humor and made me feel like a friend. Thank you Victoria. Primrose feels comfortable, safe, secure, peaceful and beautiful. It feels like home. Primrose and Victoria won me over.I want to live there.

Jessica Weaver, Sales Director gets 5 Stars from me. She is professional, knowledgeable, kind, and courteous. She always gives 110%, and goes above and beyond to connect with interested families and residents. The current staff and residents adore her as well. She really is the best Sales Director in the Primrose Company

I've cared for several dogs for residents at Primrose and thoroughly enjoyed getting to know various employees over the last 3 years. The staff are caring and compassionate and they do a great job maintaining the grounds and the interior. I'd recommend this place to anyone wanting a secure and safe living environment and definitely for persons needed assisted living or memory care services.
