This community is a treasure. Dedicated leaders, wonderful programs, excellent culinary offerings, and a cozy homey environment bringing neighbors together. The Silver Lace Memory Care program is the very best in the area. What more could someone want? If you are considering senior living for yourself or a loved one, be sure you stop and talk with the good folks of Primrose!

I had an opportunity to visit Primrose Memory Care (Lancaster) and enjoyed the tour very much, as well as the decor being placed in all the right places. While memory care housing earns a most important place for those in need in our society - Primrose Memory Care provides home not just a building. While every employee is a valued asset to this noble cause - I have to mention that during my visit - the Director of Primrose was very professional and attentive to everyone’s needs. There’s no place like home……….

My father is enjoying himself at Primrose Retirement Community immensely. The friendships of other residents and staff are helping him during this stage in his life. He speaks highly of the food, facilities and the care he receives.

Primrose Retirement Community is truly a gem! The community itself is beautiful—well-maintained, warm, and welcoming, with a thoughtful layout that feels like home. The staff is outstanding: knowledgeable, compassionate, and always responsive. Whether it’s a quick question or something more involved, they go above and beyond to make sure every resident feels cared for and supported. You can tell they genuinely love what they do. Highly recommend!

Writing this review from my perspective, My grandparents have been here 3+ years and they are now nearing their end of life. My family lives in Lancaster and visits almost daily and I live out of state. I have heard nothing but positive things from my family. When I visit the building is always clean and the grounds are pristine. My grandparents started in the town homes and are now in memory care at the main building. On this visit some of the staff have been a bit slow but Lea the nurse absolutely is amazing, she is so caring and sweet to my grandparents, she knows them by name and is so caring to my father and aunt who are losing there parents and are very sad. She takes her time showing us how to prop my grandparents up change a diaper and takes the time to hear out our questions. Lea is an asset to Primrose and she alone has made this hard time for my families life, a little bit better. I can sleep well out of state, knowing Lea will be there for them.
