Staff is caring and attentive. The facility is comfortable and kept extremely clean. Food and other services are well executed and dependable.

My grandmother spent five years at Princeville. She moved in just before the pandemic hit in 2020, which was perfect timing. We were very pleased with the quality of care and attention she received during her stay. The home is a beautiful space with lots of light. We enjoyed many meals with my grandma in the nice backyard patio throughout her stay. The caregivers were wonderful in every way! Our family would absolutely recommend Princeville to anyone seeking an assisted living home for loved ones.

Our dad began living in the Seal Beach home which we fell in love with from the first time we took the tour and dad was very happy with his new home too!! It was like having another family as the residents ate together and could watch TV together in the large living / family room! They even had a nice person come in who played the guitar as well as another person who came in and played the piano. The residents would join in singing together! Dad was provided one on one care including dispensing his meds, showering him, dressing him and helping him to get from his room to the bathroom as well as other rooms in the home as he had to use a walker. Visitation was open for most of the day and our family & friends loved to visit & enjoyed eating together with dad as well as with the other residents but sometimes we just brought food in and we ate in his room. I think what we appreciated the most about Princeville was that even when left dad y too go to our own homes, we didn’t worry because we knew he was in good hands and was well taken care of with staff that we could trust. They were very communicative with the family which we appreciated too! Sadly, dad passed away this last December. Although he was not at Princeville a long time, we know he lived out the last months of his life in a beautiful and caring home! The cost of living at Princeville was not cheap but we believe it was worth every penny!! I would definitely recommend both of their homes to someone who wants their loved one in a safe, clean, caring and professionally staffed home😀 Thank you Princeville for all the love and care you gave dad♥️ And a huge thank you to Lee for managing and handling with care both Princeville homes so well. He and his wife were hands on owners! And a humongous THANK YOU to each and every staff who cared for dad every single day & night! Shout out to Karl and Jose who dad really liked 🥰

My father spent 16 months at Princeville when he could no longer live independently. It’s a beautiful, well run home with great caregivers. I have and will continue to recommend this board and care home to those in search of a loving home for a family member or friend who needs assistance. It’s so much nicer than an institutional nursing home or assisted living facility.

I cannot recommend Princeville highly enough. They provide highly professional and personal care. Princeville took care of my dear aunt Barbie for just over two years. The staff are so loving, warm and caring - she really considered it home. Thank you to Karl, Honey, and the rest of the staff for the care and to Lee for his professional guidance and support throughout her time at Princeville.
