PRO HEALTH CARE REGENCY SENIOR COMM MUSKEGO

My brother has been a resident at the Regency Muskego campus for over a year and a half and he loves it there. The staff is so kind and engaging; the facility is so nice. We family members especially appreciate Robyn Plichta and Andy Hancock for their responsiveness and professionalism. We can be confident in the care our brother receives.

My mother has been at this facility in the assisted-living building since 2020. I can sincerely call so many of the staff members as not only people that take great care of my mother and truly care for her well-being but in doing so have also become friends/family of mine. I did an extensive search as I was moving my mother during Covid and I could not be happier in selecting Regency Muskego. The communication that I have with the health office nursing staff, directors, cafeteria, Front Desk and activities personnel, not to mention the care that my mother is receiving is absolutely amazing. All of my questions are respected and taken seriously and my mother is very, very happy there. I couldn’t be more grateful.

I frequent this building as a vendor regularly. Nursing staff and caregiver are very involved, caring and provide great care in this community. Weekly I see deep involvement with residents and activities. Highly recommended this community.

My mother lived at ProHealth Regency in Muskego for almost two years, and our family is very grateful for the care and compassion she received. I live out of state, and the nursing staff and administration consistently kept me informed about my mom’s care and when additional assistance was needed, which gave me great peace of mind. During extended visits, I was able to stay on site in a family room for a reasonable fee and share meals with my mom in the dining room, something I truly appreciated. All staff treated her with kindness, dignity, and respect. The community is clean and welcoming. While losing a parent is incredibly hard, it brings comfort knowing my mother was cared for so thoughtfully. Thank you to everyone at ProHealth Regency Muskego.

Have bed bugs administration is aware and do nothing about it.Very disappointed with the professionalism of the nursing staff. I’ve witnessed staff speaking negatively about residents, which is disrespectful and unacceptable. Care often feels like the bare minimum, with little compassion or attentiveness. Hiring and training standards seem low, and residents deserve much better care and dignity than this facility provides.
