Was referred here probably because any good providers are already full every time I’ve gotten a therapist for my children mind you children they quit after my kids have shared their whole traumatic life stories and everything else they just end up quitting even when I last time requested somebody specifically that wasn’t going to end up leaving my children already have trust issues and yet again two or three months the person quit maybe if they would pay and treat their employees right there wouldn’t be this problem. Now it’s so bad because of this place my kids don’t even wanna do therapy.

Sure wish I read the reviews before becoming a patient. I’ve been trying to get a hold of my My psychiatrist for a week now. How do you adjust medication and don’t follow up? How do you not call your patients back after 2 emails and a voice mail telling you that something is NOT right? This place is ridiculous! They do not care about your mental well-being! I would never recommend this place to ANYONE!

Are there ANY mental health medical professionals that actually care these days? Very poor communication. Prescriptions never sent timely. Now I am going to just accept life without my SSRIs because it’s like you have to chase doctors to get the scripts. Extremely disappointed and quite angry that I communicated these concerns and nothing was done about it. Feels like a money grab, they get you in the door just to charge your insurance and then you are on your own.

Scheduling "glitches" and non-compassionate policies leave patients with bad service. Organization not willing to do what's right when they screw up. Choose another organization!! i would give 0 stars if I could.

Not so professional. I had the 'privilege' of being referred to PSG. The worker took reports , which were Greatly in accurate, as well as completely fabricated. An Investigation went underway and the Worker went in to the computer files and actually tried to manipulate them.(Against company protocol and policy) but... It didn't matter because they emailed me the originals. Then the worker made up some cover up story about "they forgot" and "auto correct", which still didn't add up.... (because they were actually lying) THE worker completely got away with lying, falsafying and tampering "professional" documents! Until they actually stand by professional conduct, their services and who works for them, I will give this Company a poor rating. If you need these kind of services, I highly recommend finding another agency.
