Pronghorn Assisted Living provided exceptional care for my dad during the last two years of his life. He had Lewy-body dementia and could no longer walk, and needed 24/7 professional care. My dad arrived at Pronghorn while also receiving hospice support, but about eight months later his health stabilized enough that he was taken off hospice — something we never expected, which says so much about the quality and attentive care he received at Pronghorn. Just as important, the caregivers spent time with him and helped him feel safe in a stage of life that can be scary and confusing for someone with dementia. We couldn’t have asked for a better care team which includes the owners of Pronghorn, Ramona and Alin. They were always well staffed day and night, provided home cooked meals, managed all his medications, and treated him with dignity and kindness. My family and I will forever be grateful for all that they did for my dad.

We can't say enough wonderful things about Pronghorn Assisted living. The level of comfort, care and compassion was unparalleled and truly felt like home. They were incredibly gracious to us as a family allowing us ample time with our father and grandfather when his time was drawing near. Ramona and her staff were exceptionally attentive and kind and he was always clean, dressed and well groomed. It is difficult when you reach the end of life and well lived. Pronghorn truely felt like Heaven's waiting room.

Our family was so happy that my very frail elderly mother was able to live at Pronghorn assisted living. She bonded with her primary caregiver who was very responsive to her needs. Everyone working there was so kind. I always felt very informed about my mothers’ health and welfare. I loved being able to frequently visit and participate in their social/holiday events. The home was always immaculately clean, bright with a lot of natural light and windows, and the residents were content and well cared for. The kitchen always had something cooking that smelled wonderful! My mother liked the food they cooked, I was appreciative that they were able to adapt their menu to serve foods that she preferred. And when it came time for my mother to need hospice services, those were very well coordinated with the staff there. The staff made her final days the most comfortable and best possible.
