It's been just over three years since our loved one joined the Proverbial Care family, and the experience has been positive. The care team as a whole is warm, attentive, and dedicated to the residents. In 3 years if you pay attention you notice a lot. I have noticed that the leadership elevates the facility. Attention to detail is appreciated, and sets high standard for the entire team. Communication with the team is seamless, and issues are always addressed and specific needs in a timely fashion. We are fortunate that the managers at Proverbial Care and leads a compassionate group of caregivers.

I would love to say,how i love about proverbial care, prices are very reasonable,the staff is beyond Great, RESPECTFULL! and Kind! i just love how they take care of the residents, with CARE! The Manager Ms Erica Baker so Wonderful, Understanding, She's Super Nice! And Helps Out on the floor always,and always engaging with activities and so on! I really recommend anyone to bring there love ones here 10/10

5 Stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our loved one, has been living with dementia, has been a resident at Proverbial Care Assisted Living since 2022. I can truly say they go above and beyond. The staff is caring, professional, and most importantly, communicative which brings so much peace of mind to myself and her family. What I’ve learned over the past few years is that being involved matters. As much as the staff does an excellent job, they’re human they don’t have eyes in the back of their heads. It’s important to not only advocate for your loved one but also to be part of the care team. Working together ensures the best outcome, and I’ve always felt welcomed and heard at this facility. I appreciate the patience and compassion they show daily. Dementia is not easy, but Proverbial Care truly creates a safe and nurturing environment. I’m so grateful for the care my loved one receives.
