Provision Living at Hattiesburg

Reasonably priced. Good employees. Clean always. Secure and comfortable. Great location.

If I could rate this place a ZERO I would. The nurses are great, but the Human Resources lady (Caressa) and whatever Debra is (I think she’s an administrator) make me not ever want to step foot into that place again. I could go on for hours, but the human resources lady has a NASTY attitude and acts like she doesn’t like her job, and Debra is a whole different story. The building needs to be shut down. It is ridiculous that I experienced what I experienced.

So some renovations have been going on at Crescent Landing in Hattiesburg. The apartments are Beautiful.

The building has a really cool layout. I went to look at Memory care for my grandma and was very happy with the setup of the apartments. It was not like all the other places we went to that were just studios. These apartments were true apartments with distinguished areas. OH! the closet are HUGE.

Wonderful community, size, staff and care. Managed care is excellent, keeping our loved one well. The staff executed move-in completely, with us being out of state and during COVID. We interviewed several options in Hattiesburg, and came to the conclusion that Provision was the best fit for our next move. Provision knew we had other options and showed their commitment to community and care. Best wishes on finding your best fit.
