PROVISION LIVING AT PANAMA CITY LLC

My mom has been at Charter for 5 months and I have been pleased with the care she is receiving. She loves all of the staff and the numerous activities and entertainment provided. She gets physical therapy weekly and 3 hot meals daily. Is this place perfect? No, but the staff does take the necessary steps to address concerns. Sydney Armstrong is the director of the Memory Care Unit in which my mom resides and she will call me with updates or to coordinate outside appointments with me. I feel like Carol, Dianna, Nene, Jemma and many other care techs are treating my Mom as if she were their own.

Charter Memory Care has given me a lot of comfort knowing my loved one is well taken care of. I'm so thankful for Georgia, Landon, and Sydney in memory care for all of the hard and thoughtful work they do. Memory care is not an easy job and Sydney and the caregivers in that department are always so attentive, caring and kind to my mom and always have such a positive attitude. They do a great job keeping the facility clean, lively, and full of good energy. I would highly recommend this group of caregivers!!

If you’re looking for a facility for yourself or your loved one, this place is a great choice. The facility is clean and well maintained. They have lots of events to keep the residents active and their families involved. My mother lived here for just over two years. Executive Director, Georgia, and the entire staff were very loving and caring all the way till mom’s passing and beyond. I couldn’t have asked for a better place.

I love Charter Senior Living in Panama City Beach! They take very good care of my mother. I highly recommend it for your elderly loved ones.
