StoryPoint has been a true blessing for my Dad! In a very urgent moving situation, I was able to find comfort in the friendly, empathetic, and very professional staff. The Community is absolutely beautiful and offers so much to keep my Dad safe and active. The staff go above and beyond to make their residents and families feel cared for and about. The transition to this community has been very comfortable for us and I am so grateful that we found StoryPoint Livonia:)

My mother-in-law went to Story Poing Livonia to rehab and get stronger after a fall and shoulder surgery. She had a wonderful room and raved about how good the food was. She often said they gave her more than she needed, but could never turn down the dessert. The staff was very friendly and helpful as she got herself stronger. She met friends that she would sit and chat with. I felt comfortable with her care during her time there.

Our family’s experience at StoryPoint Livonia has been nothing short of extraordinary. From the very first meeting with Raelene, who welcomed us with such warmth and compassion during our tour of the beautiful, immaculate, and inviting community, we felt a sense of comfort and peace. Every member of the staff has been remarkably kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. Executive Director Kathy has been an incredible partner in my father’s care — steady, supportive, and always willing to listen. Knowing she was there advocating alongside us meant more than words can express. Our father was truly cared for with dignity and love by the entire team. They didn’t just meet his needs — they knew him. They made him feel at home. He especially loved the meals, which brought him such joy and became a bright spot in his days. When his health began to decline and he approached the end of his life, CorsoCare Hospice joined his care team and proved to be an absolute blessing. Their compassion, tenderness, and professionalism provided comfort not only to our father, but to our entire family during such a sacred and difficult time. The staff at StoryPoint Livonia are simply exceptional. The kindness and respect they show to every resident is unmatched. We are forever grateful for the love and care they gave our father and for the peace they gave our family.

Our Mom and Aunt lived here for two years until they needed nursing care. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The outdoor courtyard was well-kept. We enjoyed using the extra gathering rooms for family get-togethers. Reception was always helpful. Although there were a few issues with staff, once new leadership came in we were happy with the care our mom and aunt were getting.

After many tours around the area, I chose Story Point-Livonia for my mother because of the extra details they offer in the memory care unit. Heat sensitive monitoring is a game changer. The single story building is a cozy venue versus others with multiple levels for seniors to get turned around. It is neat, clean, and updated. Every staff member that passed by said hello with eye contact. I was impressed with the compassion and attention that Raelene and Kathy showed me as my mothers' situation escalated. Mom was placed within days of my tour. the price is in the ballpark with others in the area. Take the tour and see for yourself. I hope you are just as impressed as I was.
