Provision Living of St. Joseph

Storypoint St. Joseph is really amazing! Not only is the community beautiful but right from the beginning tour with Rachel, you can feel that the staff really care about the residents they serve. It’s great to see so many people interacting with each other all the time. Residents and staff really seem engaged and happy. The food really is something you don’t see too often in a retirement community. They make really beautiful and delicious meals that everyone gets to enjoy together. You need to see this place for yourself.

I went to StoryPoint for a tour & the administration & staff were so friendly & thorough. Rachel & Eric H answered all my questions & even the head of nursing, Eric B spent time explaining medical care, etc. The facility was clean & beautifully set up. The 1st day my friend moved in, she was greeted by staff &lots of residents! Everyone made her feel so welcomed! They all have been there to help her acclimate to this new facility (something you don't come across often by other facilities). The food is top notch & they offer tons of fun activities for the residents. I can't say enough about Storypoint, just thankful that we finally found a caring, clean, comfortable new home.

The building is beautiful and the staff is so friendly, and caring. Every time I enter Storypoint of St. Joe I feel like I’m among family and friends. I would 10/10 recommend.

Someplace I would feel comfortable having a family member live! As a healthcare provider I visit many senior living facilities. Story point St. Joe is always clean and extremely well maintained. There is a large variety of daily activities for all residents to participate in. Staff has always been easy to communicate with and are very caring towards the residents!

StoryPoint has been a wonderful place for my mother-in-law. The building is always clean and well maintained, with fresh, inviting décor that feels warm and uplifting instead of “institutional.” It truly doesn’t feel like most facilities I’ve visited. The staff is what makes it exceptional—they are consistently kind, patient, and attentive, treating residents and guests with genuine care and respect. Knowing she is surrounded by people who greet her by name and look out for her gives our family so much peace of mind. We are very grateful for StoryPoint.
