I am Mr Richert, I would just like to share with you how happy am I with Mark M. my nurse for my Home Health. He was very thorough and very professional. I will probably recommend him and his agency for your home health needs.

Joe is amazing physical therapist. I am so abundantly blessed to have him come out here to work with me to get me to where I need to go physically with my kneecap. I am so happy that I got somebody that can work with me an easy to get along with great great personality a beautiful smile he is an amazing awesome physical therapist.

Mark M. the rn is great. So much empathy and kindness. Great follow up. Very professional and knowledgeable. We really liked Mark!! Very family oriented like us!

My grandmother was with Amavi for a few visits after she was discharged from the hospital. All the nurses would showed up in our house anytime of the day without calling us in advance for the appointment or scheduling and lied about it that they called and no one answered or they called and call goes to voicemail but those were all lies. My grandma says she has her phone with her no one ever called her or left a message but they kept denying afterwards. There was a camera at home and they kept lying that they went to our house after they scheduled her for the day because no one showed up. The physical therapist are the worst physical therapist my grandma's has ever had. They only stays for 10 minute sessions and books other clients appointments during the session. I confronted him for only staying 10 minutes and not giving my grandma his attention and he argued with me for 5 minutes giving me unnecessary information on his background. He lied multiple times about how long he stays at sessions, when i have cameras that shows the time he arrives and leaves. I called Amavi to make a complaint numerous times as well as my grandma called them multiple times and asked to speak to a manager and the lady told me a complaint had already been made and I told her it wasn’t by me so I would like to speak to the manager. She also went back and forth with me giving me unnecessary information. She also recommended to stop the Homehealth care but this is not what my Grandma was asking them. She was asking them to call her and make a schedule and stop showing up with no appointments and stop all the lies. Instead of offering apology this is her recommendation to stop the service that my grandmother needed. I do not recommend this company at all for physical therapy, occupational therapist and social worker or nursing etc. This reviews and testimonies in their website are all lies. Please Do not believe them. Be very careful whom to trust your lovedones. Not everything you read in this reviews are all facts. Do not waste your time because this is a mediocre company disorganized, awful, they are all about moneymaking business. Bad bad bad service. Never again.

We had AMAVI come in to provide OT and PT services for my elderly father who is in his 90s, after several falls. We highly recommend Rico, our Occupational Therapist, who really worked with dad and understood how to work with him to try to get him to accomplish the goals. I also recommend having Joe for PT. Both of them really took time to review the living environment, and made recommendations to mitigate falls. They are both very caring and patient therapists but firm, and yet know when not to overly force. It is sometimes difficult find people who will connect with an elderly parent, and we were happy with how they both worked with my father.
