THE WATERMARK AT MORRISON RANCH

I have been coming to memory care four days a week to give companion care to a resident these last three years and I must say the director of memory care Adayla Slaughter has done a superb job running the unit. It is not easy to appease staff as well as upper management by grace, and professionalism Adayla Slaughter has done well I give her four stars!

They get you in and then raise care points..New ownership now and moved my mom out after two months being there just as ownership changed. Turnover of staff- It is revolving door, ?? Visibly beautiful, but internal leadership a disaster. Great activities and handful of staff that care but want out. Hopefully things change .

I would highly recommend Watermark. The staff is exceptional and very attentive to my parents who have both lived here for the past year and a half. My father recently had a severe turn with his health requiring hospitalization and then rehab. If it weren’t for how flexible and caring they were at getting my dad back into Watermark and going above and beyond for him, we’d be in much dire straits. We would not have been able to get him home successfully without the assisted living program director, Nancy Castillejo, and the rest of the nursing staffs’ ability to meet his needs. The kitchen and the waitstaff are extremely attentive and friendly with all the residents and guests. The food is great! The front desk is always warm and inviting. They make sure to answer all questions and concerns with a smile and treat everyone with dignity. Kim does a great job at getting the residents to all the their outside appointments! The events coordinators are incredible and have a plethora of different activities of all different interests to keep the residents entertained. I live in NYC, and it’s beyond reassuring for me to know my parents are safe, secure, and happy while living far away from them, thanks to all the hardworking staff of the Watermark community.

My grandma lives at Watermark and is in memory care. I go in to visit her a couple times a week so I am there regularly. I want to highlight Kenzie and Ashley. Each time I see them they are very attentive, very caring and without fail have amazing attitudes. I can’t say enough good things about them. Their patience and compassion shows how much they truly care not only for my grandma but the other residents as well. Having them there brings peace of mind knowing she is well taken care of. I would also like to note Kitty, who is at the front desk, is always more than helpful with any and everything. She has such a kind heart and is always eager to help each resident and visitor.

I went to visit my grandma at this facility. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. The facilities were clean and the residents seemed to be happy as well due to good care. My grandma has improved due to their care and extra curricular activities. Thank you! I made a second visit almost a year later and was greeted with the same courtesy and service. Keep up the good work
