Quail Ridge Assisted Living

Deciding to place a loved one in assisted living is one of the hardest decision a family can make, and choosing Quail Ridge has given my family complete peace of mind. My loved one has been living there for the past year, and I truly can't say enough good things about this community. The environment is safe, welcoming and well maintained. The staff is genuinely caring, attentive and respectful. They truly treat residents like family. Quail Ridge offers a variety of activities that keep residents engaged, active and socially connected. It has been wonderful to see my loved one form friendships and enjoy meaningful social interactions. Most importantly, Quail Ridge feels like home for it's residents, a warm and supportive place where they are cared for with compassion and dignity. I would highly recommend Quail Ridge to any family facing this difficult decision.

Quail Ridge receives a five star rating on many levels. My Dad has flourished at this facility. The staff that oversees the day to day happenings are beautiful people with incredibly loving hearts. They care deeply for the residents and their families. The structure at this facility is very good. The meals they serve, the schedule the meals are served on, and the social interaction that meal time creates has blessed my Dad. He has gotten to know the other residents and developed great friendships with the residents and the staff. The activities that have been planned and carried out are meaningful and add variety to living at Quail Ridge. The observation that I have made as my Dad has become a resident at Quail Ridge is: They have done an excellent job of assisting with his basic needs. Because those needs are being met, it is possible for his energies and stamina to then be used in many meaningful ways. This brings joy that he hasn't had energy or the ability to have. I have been very grateful that there are eyes on my Dad, and that he can have his individual space as well. Thank You Quail Ridge!

I can't even begin to describe how grateful we are for the people at quail ridge. The staff is amazing. They take such good care of my parents and make them feel welcome and at home they made the transition of moving in an absolute ease. My parents feel so welcome and so at home right now. They have many activities for the people that live there. A nurses are amazing. They take good. Such good care and love on all of the the people that live there. This is an amazing place and I would not hesitate to recommend them for anyone.

The staff at Quail Ridge have become so much more than people doing their job very well. They are family. From the time they walked us through of a tour of their facility, we have known this would be the next extension of our family. There is no way to capture the personalized, compassionate approach they take extend to each family they serve.

My father has lived here for almost 4 months and everyone is great! They take good care of the residents, provide great meals and housekeeping and laundry services! I love all of the receptionist. The Admin team is responsible side to any item brought to their attention. My dad loves going on bus rides and participating in the activities offered!
