Quality Care Of Howell 2 (South Wing)

I researched available assisted living facilities in Livingston and Washtenaw Counties for my Mom and Dad. Quality Care of Howell was at the top of this list. And my experience over the last several months has been nothing short of excellence. The staff is caring and responsive. The turnover of the staff is very low. I feel they take care of my parents like family. The leadership team is actively involved. The facility is well designed and very clean. There is no better place for my parents.

I couldn’t of asked for better care for my husband.Staff went above ad beyond caring for him. I always went home knowing he was well taken care of and the staff was like family members. We as a family highly recommend Quality Care of Howell.

Nihdal and his staff went beyond the care of my Dad. The facility is extremely clean and the price is all inclusive so no additional charge for example laundry, shower ect. It’s all included. I can’t say enough words about the staff. They made you feel like family. We as a family had no worries. We knew he was being well taken care of. Nihdal made you feel welcomed and answer all of our questions. The best place to put a loved one that if you want to make sure they are getting the care they need. We as a family are so blessed we found Quality Care.

Quality Care is above the rest. They are caring, compassionate and truly care about residents and staff. I go there several times a week and it is always clean. The staff are engaging and treat residents like their own family. Great job to Nidhal.

We were very impressed with the level of care here. It’s a beautiful place with a real family feel. All the staff is very caring, organized, and knowledgeable. Highly equipped to deal with dementia residents in a very respectful way. Really good food! You will never smell urine here. Ever. They are on top of it! Highly recommend.
