Queenstown Landing

I am forever grateful we found this place! The entire team makes my dad feel so loved and we as a family feel so welcomed every time we visit. This has been the best experience, and we couldn't be more thankful.

Mom initially stayed as a respite guest when I was away on vacation - a welcome service that allowed us the freedom to leave for a few weeks without worrying about Mom. The experience was very positive. So much so that upon returning, Mom and I agreed that an assisted living apartment at Queenstown Landing would be the perfect next step for her care. She had been very isolated when living independently but now is surrounded by lovely friends and caregivers. She actively participates in art, fitness and social activities and is excited to sign up for the many outings. It is a relief for me that she is happy with where she lives and that the care that Queenstown Landing provides can evolve with her needs.

Queenstown Landing has an amazing facility and staff! They go above and beyond to make my dad feel valued and content! I enjoy visiting!

From the first time we visited Queenstown Landing, we knew it was the right place for my mom. It is a beautiful facility that is warm and inviting as soon as you walk in. And the staff are amazing! They worked quickly to get her into respite care, and everyone we have worked with have been kind, patient, knowledgeable, and welcoming to both my mom and our family that come to visit her. No matter when I visit, I always see staff members throughout the building, and every single person takes time to say hello, and if they have recently seen my mom they will provide updates on how she's doing. I can't say enough about the staff - from the person staffing the front desk, to the dining room staff, nurses and medical staff, and up to the director of Queenstown Landing -- they are all approachable and helpful, and have made my mom very comfortable in her "new temporary home".

We could not be more thrilled with Queenstown Landing! The property is beautiful, the location is amazing- especially with an ER and Dr's offices directly across the street and the social events are great. What truly sets Queenstown apart, however, is the staff! Every single staff member is so kind and approachable and takes time to get to know each resident so well. They are always accessible- walking down the hallways, at the front desk when you walk in and communication about my father's care has just been wonderful. The medical staff's attention to detail is amazing and I feel like he is so well cared for here. I truly look forward to visiting him and leave with a great feeling every time I go. I can not say enough good things about our experience at Queenstown landing so far!
