Rackleff Place

We have just moved my mom into Rackleff place 1week ago. I cannot express how impressed I am with the staff. You could not have kinder, warmer, friendlier people caring for your loved one. Care is the key word here. This is what they do - Care. Beth and the entire staff go out of the way to make your loved one & you feel comfortable. Lynn & nurse at intake sessions so patient & informative. Robin (sorry if I misspelled your name!) at front desk so friendly and willing to convey messages & answer questions. Special shout out to Chef Melody. She is very proud of offering home made food & has met with Mom many times to address & assess her dietary needs as well as likes & dislikes. Personalized care all around. I can't name everyone, but all of you are awesome & I thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Beth and the rest of the staff at Rackleff Place are amazing. They take extremely good care of their residents and everyone seems happy. I highly recommend this place for a loved one needing assisted living in Canby.

I am extremely happy with Rackleff Place. I moved my mom here a little over a year ago from a foster home that was a bad situation. My mom is happy here and has made lots of friends. The staff is wonderful and very supportive and attentive. My mom likes the food here and has actually gained weight here ( I'm sure it doesn't have anything to do with them getting dessert twice a day!!!) I would recommend this assisted living facility for your loved ones. Beth has been super great to work with and she goes above and beyond. She truly cares about the residents here.

Rackleff Place is awesome, I can’t say enough good things about the care they provided for my Dad the last few years of his life. He lived there for three years and they took care of him like he was a family member. Rackleff always makes sure there are activities, games, and exercises available to the residents and does their best to insure everyone feels included in the Rackleff family. When it finally came to the end of his life, the care staff at Rackleff made his transition to hospice with the utmost compassion and caring. My Dad truly loved everyone at Rackleff and they loved him like one of their own. I can’t recommend Rackleff enough, a genuine group of caring family members.

For the most staff is very caring. New staff should take course is basic first aid. It is very clean with regular housekeeping. Food is horrible. I am a current resident living here. We have monthly resident meetings and complained numerous times only to have food get worse. It has gotten to the point where I am buying extra groceries in order to have a better meal. My reason for 3 stars is because of horrible food with little to no fresh fruits and veggies.
