Railside consistently demonstrates strong management follow-through and a genuine commitment to resident-centered care. Leadership is responsive and proactive, and the staff are professional, kind, and truly invested in the well-being of residents. It’s clear there is a team approach focused on communication, quality, and respect. Overall, a well-run community where residents are valued and supported.

I regret that I chose Railside Assisted Living for my Dad. They were not responsive to questions and gave me an incorrect facility ID number which post-poned the entry time which caused my family great distress due to his deteriorating condition. They have a lot of paperwork to cover their bottom line which seems to be their sole motivation. They took no responsibility for not being ready for check-in.

This facility does not provide proper care for residents. I personally witnessed basic hygiene being neglected, such as teeth not being brushed and clothes not being kept clean. Staff often spoke to residents in a disrespectful way, sometimes yelling instead of showing patience and compassion. Management was made aware but did nothing to address these issues. Families deserve to know that residents here are not treated with the dignity and respect they deserve.

Railside’s committed staff provide quality care in a warm and loving environment. The home is well maintained inside and out. The culinary team provides excellent meals. Also, they do a great job training staff to make sure they are well prepared to care for your loved one.

I cannot express enough how grateful our family is for the exceptional care and support provided by Shannon at Railside Assisted Living. From the moment we arrived, Shannon’s warm and welcoming demeanor made all the difference. She truly goes above and beyond to ensure that each resident feels valued and cared for. Shannon is not only highly professional but also incredibly compassionate. She takes the time to get to know the residents, listening to their needs and preferences, which creates a comforting environment. Her attention to detail and proactive approach have made a significant impact on my loved one’s quality of life. The activities and programs she organizes are engaging and thoughtful, fostering a sense of community among residents. It’s evident that Shannon is passionate about her work, and her positive energy is contagious. I wholeheartedly recommend Shannon and the entire team at Railside Assisted Living. They have made the transition so much smoother for our family, and we are thankful to have such dedicated professionals looking after our loved ones.
