RANDALL RESIDENCE OF NEWARK

This is the first time I’ve ever written a review and really felt the need to let others know - we LOVE all of the staff at the Courtyard. They’ve become like a family to us, and it really feels like home. Everyone is professional, kind and caring. My grandmother sadly was not there long before being placed on hospice, and throughout the entire process the staff and directors have been so accommodating, have done extra checks on her, and have also checked in on us as her caregivers. I can’t recommend The Courtyard enough to friends and other family, seriously!!

I had the opportunity to visit with 2 friends who reside at The Courtyard. First impression when approaching the entrance is excellent. Well maintained exterior, very clean, and a nice looking structure. Once inside and greeted by the very kind director I first noticed the gathering of a few residents in the open living area. Smiles and pleasant conversations were taking place and it provided a very peacefully ambience. The 2 rooms my friends reside in were very nice. A small kitchen area at entry, living space with room for 2 large chairs, a comfortable bed and nice bathroom along with 2 closets. Both of my friends enjoyed the bird feeders visible outside their windows. I was really impressed with The Courtyard and would highly recommend for those in search of a very nice assisted living home.

The leadership is strong and kind. The employees are professional and caring. The facility is beautiful and clean. I have lived in Newark my whole life and this is the best place for your family member to move to. The entire staff goes above and beyond for the residents.

I have experienced many other settings but Randall Residence has made me the most comfortable and confident in the care of my parents. It is a smaller community that allowed me and my parents get to know the entire staff quickly and establish a clear line of communication that is responsive, professional and friendly. Most of all, my parents love it and thought of it as “home” almost immediately. I visit often and find it clean, orderly, and offering a variety of activities that would appeal to many residents. Others, who have visited my parents, have expressed to me that they have not been anywhere as nice as Randall Residence in their experience. It is certainly the best kept secret in Newark and Licking County.
