RANDALL RESIDENCE OF TIFFIN

My mother lived here for two years when it was Randall Residence and after it became Courtyard at Tiffin. She really loved living here, it felt like home to her. She enjoyed her fellow residents and the staff. I felt like she was safe and was receiving good care. The facility does not feel as corporate as some others do, and they still offer comprehensive care. It is clean, it smells good. They have a courtyard with a garden. They contacted me whenever an issue came up that needed my attention. I have no reservations recommending this assisted living facility. If I had more parents who needed care, I would send them there.

My mother celebrated her 100th birthday recently at Tiffin Randall, and the staff really did a great job of coordinating and organizing the party. She had a great time!!!! Kudos to Megan, the Activities Director Renee, and her helpers. Also thanks for letting us entertain and allowing the relatives to join in the celebration 🍾!!!

My folks have lived at two other places since needing assisted living, and now that they are at RR, for the first time I am truly happy for them! Randall Residence of Tiffin is a beautiful and clean facility with a caring, attentive and professional staff. They provide a great level of care at a reasonable price point, and they have been very flexible in accommodating my parents' needs. Highest marks!!
