Our family cannot say enough wonderful things about StoryPoint Residence in Tipp City. From the very beginning, even before my grandparents agreed to leave their home, the staff was warm, welcoming, and patient — treating them with such genuine kindness and respect. Every single person we encountered cared deeply, not only for my grandparents but for our entire family. The staff stayed in constant communication with us, offering updates, reassurance, and compassion every step of the way. They treated my grandparents with such dignity and tenderness, and when it was time for them to leave this world, they made sure it was peaceful, loving, and full of grace. After my grandpa passed, the compassion continued. The staff surrounded my grandma — his wife of 71 years — with so much warmth and understanding as she navigated her grief. My grandma had plenty of spunk and sass, and the team at StoryPoint rolled with it beautifully, always honoring her personality and independence while keeping her safe and comfortable. A special shout-out to Nurse Mandy, whose care and love for my grandma went above and beyond. She treated her as if she were her own grandma, and she also cared for and supported my parents through one of the hardest times of their lives. We will forever be grateful for everyone at StoryPoint Tipp City. They made my grandparents’ final years and moments truly special — filled with compassion, dignity, and love.

Both my Mother and Father are both residents at Randall and our family can't say enough great things about the facility and staff. Lori the Head Nurse is always there to answer any questions that we as a family my have. My Dad loves to eat,and he can't say enough good things about the food and the quality of care he receives, he always says there is no better place to be then Randall. Highly recommend them!
