RANDALL RESIDENCE OF TROY

Our dad lived at The Courtyard of Troy for about 2.5 years after he had multiple strokes I remember the first time I walked thru the doors and it just felt like home. It was a perfect fit for our dad. The whole staff all work together and really cared for the residents and for one another . Always made us feel welcomed and made us feel like a part of their family. They always went above and beyond whenever my dad needed anything. They never seemed to mind when I would call to check on my dad. Jessica was always there to help no matter the situation and always with a smile:). Angel was another one who was always smiling and doing so much for the residents. Her name suits her well. Thanks to all of you who made a difference in our lives and making it an easy transition God Bless all of you !!

In my opinion The Courtyard at Troy is the best Assisted Living Facility around. All staff are caring and helpful as soon as they come to the door. There's always a fun activity going on when you're here. My grandma loves it there ❤️

Beautiful place, parking lot and front gardens are nice and clean. Christmas lights look nice. All staff was polite and ready to help. The dining room was lovely and they had a live music performance. Very nice place!

Mom has lived at Randall Residence of Troy since August 2022. Love the place. All the staff have been super friendly since day one. She goes out on monthly sometimes weekly excursions. She is making friends and really likes it there. I cannot say enough good things. Thank You All Randall Residence Staff.
