RANDALL RESIDENCE OF WHEELERSBURG

BEWARE! Don’t believe all you read about this facility. If your loved one becomes more than what they want to deal with, they do all they can to oust them. There is NO MEMORY CARE here!. They don’t want to deal with someone that makes them give more care! Which I was paying the 2nd level of additional care! HA! My husband was an escape risk, got out three times, and they couldn’t handle it! I had to pay out of my pocket for additional care givers! Make sure your loved one DOESN’T get to friendly with any residents of the opposite sex. Just like watching teenagers! It’s a nice, well maintained facility, BUT, if your loved one requires more than mild care, look elsewhere! I would not give one star, but site WON’T ALLOW! Not surprised! Debby Flaig

The Courtyard of Wheelersburg is a beautiful facility. The inside is nicely decorated and it has a lovely courtyard if you choose to visit outside with your loved one. The facility offers the unique ability to make each resident feel like family because of its size. The staff are caring, friendly and helpful. Kelly, Deana, Angie and others go out of their way to make the holiday's extra special for the residents.There are multiple activities each day for the residents to choose from, which provides the opportunity for friendships to be formed with the other residents. Courtyard is the best assisted living facility in Scioto County!

My dad stayed here after a failed stay at a local rehabilitation/nursing home. Randall Residence was able to get him back on his feet by focusing on completing daily life tasks along with some therapy. The staff was amazing and caring and the facility is clean. Each resident has their own space plus great common spaces. Highly recommend!

We love Randall Residence in Wheelersburg! My dad has been at Randall for about 6 months. We toured several facilities but as soon as I walked in Randall I knew this was the best place for him. The staff is always friendly, very responsive and loving. They plan fun activities. He even got to go on a plane ride over the summer and helped deliver lunch to the local fire department. He says the food is very good and they make him his favorite every day for breakfast. The facility is clean, bright and modern and also just the right size number of residents. My Dad often tells me about the people who care for him. They are great at scheduling his appointments, arranging the transportation he needs and answering my questions about his medications. He had an urgent care situation last week and the staff handled that and communicated with me promptly to keep me updated. I live 2000 miles away but still feel close because of the friendliness and care/concern of the staff. I highly recommend Randall!!

Mom has been at Randall Residence for almost 5 years! Having to place your loved one in an assisted living facility is one of the hardest decisions you’ll have to make. Randall made this decision easier! The facility is clean and the caretakers are loving and patient and really make a connection with your loved one! The administrative staff are there to answer your questions in a timely manner and give personal updates. The facility provides activities and outings so your loved stays active and the food is really good!
