Red Springs Assisted Living

Director shows no empathy for residents. Some of the employees constantly yell at residents and call them names like stupid or ugly. I know these things because I lived there for four years. Also just a heads up to people that donate stuff for residents, guess what the residents never receive items so who takes them home???

Awesome facility loves their patients and takes very good care of them!

This place is a house of horror. Please let me tell you what goes on at faculty the director has no empathy what so ever

Needs a new director! The director has no empathy/sympathy for the residents. The facility needs a director who's more of an advocate for the residents and more proficient. Not just a mediocre! The residents should be the priority!
