Having the displeasure of stepping into this facility is less like stepping into a professional care environment and more like walking into a mid 2000s highschool. The management here, if you can call it that, is a textbook study in willful negligence. The administrator Kristina operates with a level of under-the-table intuition that is as suspicious as it is unethical. Her ability to scrub the facility only when state is imminent suggests she cares more about optics than actual standards of living. Under her watch the facility doesn’t just lack leadership, it lacks basic humanity. Residents are routinely left in their own soil for hours because Kristina’s hand-picked ‘clique’ knows they are untouchable. The med coordinator, Kami, whose style is to hire her friends then guard them from accountability, has created a dangerous bottleneck in care. The dysfunction is rounded out by an in-facility hospice nurse, Chasidy, who seems more interested in power tripping and personal vacations than providing end-of-life dignity. When she isn’t micromanaging the administrator she’s crashing out on staff and creating a volatile environment where the residents needs are no more than an afterthought.

I can’t say enough good things about this assisted living facility. The building is always clean, well-kept, and welcoming. What truly sets this place apart, though, is the staff — they are absolutely amazing. Every interaction I’ve had has been filled with kindness, professionalism, and genuine care for the residents. It’s clear that the team here is passionate about what they do. It brings such peace of mind knowing our loved ones are in such capable and compassionate hands. Highly recommend!

I visit Reed City Fields often. Everyone is approachable and love their residents! Everyone is taken care of well and the facility overall is well run! I would take my own family to this facility if ever needed 🩷

One of my favorite places to visit because the team is so welcoming. I’ve never walked into a community like this where everyone was so kind and cared about who I was. Every team member is so extraordinary in the care they give their residents. They are attentive and it is very clear they care about the people there and that is truly their paycheck. Kristina and Tasha are good people and love what they do. We love partnering with them in the care of their residents and enjoy being apart of the culture.

We toured this building looking for my mother-in-law, we could not have been more happy, Kristina was wonderful. We look forward to working with her as this process continues. It was clean, smelled good, lunch tasted good. and the care staff seemed really friendly. Thanks again!
