Konnie and the maintenance man, John are a great team. She stays on top of stuff here and John gets the work orders done in a timely manner. Sadly, I do have some neighbors who are terrible people but that's not managements fault.

I know Connie very well. I lived here for 10 years. She has gone far & beyond to be there for me. So I can't say anything bad about her. Even though I was evicted. She was sad cause it was out of her hands & no way to save me. But I do know that whenever I have gone to visit, Connie welcomes me with open arms each time. People just need to understand that being the landlord of an apartment complex is not easy. It is very difficult and calls for a lot of responsibilities. If people would put their selves and Connie's shoes and understand everything that she has to deal with then maybe they would be more understanding if they knew just how much she has dealt with for years of being the landlord. All I'm saying is have some compassion. Ask yourself could you do Connie's job?

Area is nice and cozy. Landlord though is choosy and has favorites that she’ll let do whatever they want, even if they break the rules.

The Connie and Dennis go up and beyond thier jobs.....Helping tennets and keeping the apts in tip top shape.... Whatever you need they do it........Its a really nice place to live..... There is nice people who live here....

Never live there. People are always in your business. The landlord like to have people watch you and go into your apartment when she feels.
