REFLECTIONS AT MORAINE RIDGE

Unorganized, horrible communication, understaffed at dangerous levels, UNDER TRAINED STAFF, little to no activities, horrible management, blatant medical negligence, consistently document tasks that are not performed for your loved ones. If your loved one cannot advocate for themselves and you cannot be there everyday do not place them here! They will not be safe. They would have nice staff from time to time but they don't stay long or they're run out by the management and other staff. Very sad as I heard it used to be a decent place many years ago. Most recent 5-star reviews are from their own staff or those related to staff/recently retired management. Please don't be fooled like we were. It could cost you everything

My Dad got lack of care. I feel he was not bathed and developed Sepsis with a bad urinary tract infection that was not reported to the family until it became Sepsis and it was too late. Jewelry went missing. Management did not return phone calls and and only one family member was allowed to say goodbye when he was dying during Covid even though Hospice said it was fine for the other family member to come say their goodbyes. They took their money and ran basically. Very disappointed!

I had stoped in one day, and was treated very nice by staff. Building was very clean, every staff that walked by smiled asked if I was helped. Felt very welcoming.

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted warmly by the staff, who were not only professional but also genuinely caring. The facility itself is beautifully maintained with bright, welcoming common areas and well-appointed individual rooms. The atmosphere is both comforting and homely, providing a sense of ease and relaxation. The residents I spoke with seemed very content and spoke highly of the activities and programs available. The dining experience was exceptional, with a varied menu that caters to different dietary needs and preferences. The food was fresh, flavorful, and served with a smile. What stood out the most was the attentiveness of the staff. They clearly prioritize the well-being and happiness of the residents, offering personalized care and support. It’s evident that Reflections is dedicated to creating a supportive and engaging environment. Overall, I highly recommend Reflections to anyone looking for a compassionate and high-quality memory care facility. It’s a place where residents truly feel valued and well cared for.
