REFLECTIONS AT PARK WEST PLAZA

I have been fortunate enough to have 4 of my family members cared for at this community. The compassion and attention that is given by the care team is amazing. Currently our Uncle lives there and always comments about how he loves the food and how they take great care of him. Thank you to the Park West team

Our dad seems very happy @ Park West. When we visit, the staff is welcoming and greet us. They are attentive, the staff will check on dad when he is missing an activity. When we have questions or any concerns, they are addressed immediately. You know they truly care about our dad. . Thank you Park West staff.

Park West has been taking wonderful care of my uncle. When we visit, the staff are very friendly and attentive to his needs. His apartment is cleaned well, the laundry is picked up & done in a timely manner also & he also enjoys the food & activities.

Park West was very easy to work with when we moved my parents into an assisted living apartment 3 years ago. They now know and take care of dad's medical and comfort needs. They keep a close eye on him and keep me posted. I can go and play bingo with him and participate in any family events that are planned. Dad is very happy there!
