Reflections at Regency Birmingham

My father was a resident at this facility for over 3 years. We all loved it. They took such tender care of him. Rachelle was always ready to help in whatever was needed. She always returned calls or texts if she could not answer immediately. She also was a great help when we needed to find a facility with a higher level of care for Dad. We will miss them so much!

Our experience so far has been a positive one. The nurses and caregivers are especially kind, which is the most important thing to me. We have stayed at other places, and none of them compare to care my Dad has received at Regency.

After a very unsatisfactory experience for my husband at a large memory care facility in our area, I became aware of Regency through private care coordination services. From the moment I entered Regency Retirement Village Memory Care, it looked and felt like home. The administrative and clinical leaders and staff were welcoming and helpful. We moved into his room, but unfortunately my husband deteriorated quickly and no longer met criteria for Memory Care. When we had to vacate his room, we felt the same warmth and compassion. I can't say enough positive things about the facility and the entire staff. I hope more families and individuals will become aware of this gem in our community. The small size and private ownership are positive factors and make a big difference!!!

What an awesome place for independent living. I have a 68 brother who is autistic and moved in recently....and he has NEVER lived alone. He is loving it because the food is great and the activities are varied each week. I highly recommend this as a fantastic place for you or your loved ones.

We love visiting my Mom at Regency! She adores the staff who assists her in every way to make sure her needs are met. The other residents are so nice, too, creating a great community who check in on one another. She has been very welcomed since Day One! We couldn’t be more pleased!
