REFLECTIONS RETIREMENT COMMUNITY

It's about people--liars, thieves, mismanagement, promises made and never kept, incompetence, such low staffing that one NA would have up to 37 residents a shift. I had to do my family member's laundry, cleaning his apartment, scrubbing his bathroom, making sure he got his meals. We were charged hundreds extra for care my family member didn't need or receive. I was told we would get the overcharged back. Never did. Can't get a response from them. At least a dozen residents have left in recent weeks. So sad. It was run wonderfully under the Gorsuch family. Don't waste your time! Turn and run!

Went into several facilities looking at options for my mom. Unfortunately my mom has passed so we no longer need a place but Reflections was a beautiful facility all the people that lived there seemed very happy and taken care of.

Recently visited Reflections, such a beautiful community. Recently updated with new carpet, flooring, paint and some furniture. Angel was a wealth of information, so very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, understanding and just all around amazing.

This is an assisted care facility that allows family and friends to visit and spend time with the residents as much as they want. We attended a Masonic service and memorial reception for a deceased brother in the 2nd floor library. Very impressive for the family.
