REGAL PALMS

Visited a friend in the assisted building and was pleasantly surprised at how nice it was furnishings looked very nice. Paint was fresh and clean. Also thought the sitting room/café was very nice where people were watching the Olympics together. I had never been there before and was quite impressed.

Impressed at every turn. After a major fall and a faster-than-expected dismissal by Medicare, we had precious little time to find an assisted living apartment for Mom. And to complicate things, Mom has a grand piano that goes everywhere she goes. Trying to find a residential assisted living apartment where you can bring your own furniture is one thing, but to add a grand piano to the mix is quite another. Two facilities were on our final list. They both had concrete walls which is essential for sound deafening and of course fire proofing, but Regal exceeded the other location in many ways. In the end it was the staff and the overall aesthetics/atmosphere that sealed the deal. It is indeed more expensive, but worth it in this case. I feel like we hit ALF lottery. We could still be in the honeymoon phase but I get the feeling that everyone is truly genuine. All major players seem to know their role and they have good processes in place for efficiency. Richard L. seems to be an excellent example of a good leader and he gives his team the credit. Amanda B. Is a high-energy, get-things-done kind of gal but knows when to slow it down and take time to explain or show. Nacole J. is on it when it comes to maintenance. We needed LVP throughout instead of carpet and LVP. We received approval, a quote and installation all within a matter of days! Nicole and Company made that happen! You can’t get that done just anywhere. Try that at home - it won’t happen. The nurses have good communication and are approachable. And the activities director is a rock star! You can tell they care about the resident’s health, safety, well-being, and provide a lot of different activities for a wide variety of interests. My interaction with residents has been fun! Seriously! There is a positive, friendly vibe at Regal that is hard to match. The wraparound services are excellent. And even the food is good! Of particular note - they are NOT in an evacuation zone and furthermore, they will host family members who ARE in an evacuation zone. They offer all-day dining from an à la carte menu. And did I mention the food is good! LOL! Regal checked all that boxes for us. And with other levels of care all on one large campus it truly is comprehensive in nature. If one parent needs skilled nursing but the other parent is independent, you can visit both on one campus. Basically, for many reasons, if you are shopping for senior living, you would be wise to put the Palms of Largo on your list. Thank you Regal for helping Mom adjust to her new digs. I look forward to a continued healthy relationship with all involved. So far so good. We are off to a great start and feeling blessed.

I am a professional Care Manager and recently needed to transition a client from independent living to assisted living at Regal Palms due to a change in condition. The move-in process and support from the entire team were exceptional. A heartfelt thank you to maintenance, housekeeping, and leadership for making the transition smooth, welcoming, and well-coordinated. I stayed here for about 9 months and just left to live in an apt. The people and staff are lovely. If you are like me and need only limited assistance, Regal Palms may not be for you other than to give you peace of mind. You may want to live in their independent facilities. Regal is structured like a well oiled machine - very organized and aware of the needs of each resident. Amanda (mgr), Rich, and Nicole mgr with big gold loops are the absolute best!!

Beautiful, Peaceful, and Caring Environment! Regal Palms in Clearwater is such a warm and welcoming community. The staff are incredibly kind, professional, and always go the extra mile to make residents feel comfortable and cared for. The facility is clean, beautifully maintained, and has a peaceful atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. The activities are engaging, the food is great, and everyone truly treats you like family. You can tell they genuinely care about the well-being and happiness of their residents. I would definitely recommend Regal Palms to anyone looking for a wonderful place for themselves or their loved ones! 💛
