Terrible experience. Poor communication, poor attention, and overall unprofessional atmosphere. I regret choosing this facility. They are super disrespectful and don’t care for their residents. Really disappointed. The staff was rude several times and didn’t seem to care about families’ concerns.

Don’t put your love ones here. They have staff that are bullies and do not treat the residents or co-workers with respect. There is staff that will leave the residents sitting in there urine just because they do not want to clean them and wait for someone for another to come in and clean them. My experience with the cottages was very disappointing, concerning and unprofessional.

The staff of cottages of Columbia village is amazing.there’s this little lady Lorena who is just an amazing woman who truly cares for the residents and goes out of her way to make sure they are happy and healthy, safe. The cottages is where you want your loved ones to be.

Promises made; promises kept. We can not say enough about the exceptional care our mom received at The Cottages at Columbia Village. The director, Mel, and her entire staff were just amazing! From the homemade meals, her lovely room with large windows which made things bright and cheery, to the excellent social connections and medical care she received. What we weren't prepared for was the personal and loving relationships the staff built with my mom; they truly cared about her and for her. We were truly blessed to find Mel and all mom's wonderful caregivers at The Cottages.

My father-in-law lived in the Rose House for three months. He could not have had better care. The grounds were lovely (gazebo in the commons outside and nice patio beside the house). The staff was wonderful and cared for him so well. He felt at home there in a great-sized room that allowed him to have his special furnishing touches. We highly recommend this place to anyone in need!
