I would like to express my deepest gratitude to the staff at Regency Manor Personal Care Home for the exceptional care they provided to my father during his unexpectedly short stay there. From the moment he arrived early Friday afternoon from the hospital, it was clear that he was in good hands. Zoe and her team demonstrated not only professionalism, but also genuine compassion and kindness. The staff went above and beyond to ensure his comfort, even adding a space heater after learning he is extremely cold natured. They helped us get him settled in, even putting soothing music on for him. His room was so nice and peaceful with a beautiful view of the Sawnee mountain. I left there late Friday evening feeling a sense of peace myself that he would have a nice place to be in his final days, even telling my father that I’d see him Saturday. Unfortunately, I received a call this morning, less than 12 hours after leaving, that my father passed in the early morning hours. As devastated as I was, I am happy that he passed surrounded by such a genuinely kind and caring staff and not in a cold hospital room! I will forever be grateful to Zoe, Lori, Shereka and Tefanie for the peace they gave me and my family by being there for him in his final hours!

My friends father was so well cared for and the level of compassion my friend received when he passed was so far above what anyone could have hoped for. These are people who are doing all of the right things for all of the right reasons ❤️

Regency Manor is a very nice facility with a personal touch. It's like home away from home. The staff is not only professional, but also caring.

I had heard of a personal care home, but I didn't completely understand the difference in what this type of environment would have to offer. My family was in a crisis and in desperate need of finding a care facility for my elderly father who, at the time, was in the hospital being treated for a severe bed sore. It was time for the hospital to discharge him, but we had not been successful in finding a place for him to continue his recovery. The assisted living community where he had been residing could not treat him, and wound care facilities would not take him because his condition was considered too long term. Every possible option that I approached and visited turned us down. The hospital provided me with one final resource, Regency Manor. I spoke with the proprietor, Zoe Stahl, and found her to be informative, confident in her team's experience, and also empathetic to my family's situation. She immediately arranged to come to the hospital to meet my father in person. The next day, I went out to visit the home. I was overwhelmed with a feeling that not only was this the last option we had, but it was also the perfect option. After all of the searching and closed doors, I knew that we had been led to the place where we belonged. A few days later, my father was transported to Regency. He remained there for over a month, and the team not only provided him with excellent care, but they also treated him with respect, kindness, and genuine interest in getting to know him as a person. They expressed interested in us as a family. We found comfort and peace in knowing that although it was still unlikely that my father would survive his deteriorating condition, he was in a home where he was made comfortable and treated with the best of care. Every step was taken to bring improvement to the degree that it was possible. Unfortunately, my father passed away recently. The manner in which the care team at Regency Manor treated us in this final phase was again with so much empathy and respect. We are so blessed to have found Regency Manor and will be forever grateful to the entire staff for the experience they provided as well as for their warmth and compassion. If you have a loved one in need of this type of care facility, I would highly recommend Regency Manor Personal Care Home.
