REGENCY PLACE

I appreciate working in partnership with Regency Place and their team to care for our hospice patients. The team there has such great energy and the residents seem to enjoy the lively activities. I was there recently visiting a patient and saw some of the residents up dancing to a live entertainer. It brought a smile to my face seeing such happy seniors.

As a gerontologist, working in the field of aging since 1987, I would recommend Regency Place to seniors looking for the opportunity to age in place. Regency Place offers three levels of care. Independant senior apartments, assisted living and memory care. It is an intimate community, where strong bonds are formed with caregivers and residents. Clients I have assisted in locating homes, were pleased with their choice in Regency Place, Marking Director, Serena Marquez is a gem! She assisted clients adjust to all aspects of entering and engaging with new friends in the community. Excellent food, reasonable pricing and caring staff it is worth consideration.

My mom was diagnosed with vascular dementia, so I started looking for a care home for her and my step-dad. Regency Place has been fantastic from day 1! The director, Emma, gave us a tour and made us feel welcome. We were invited to a group even which was a circus, complete with performers and popcorn! My parents have now moved in and and working on getting settled. Not only is the staff very warm and accommodating, but the other residents are also fun and welcoming. Thank you Regency Place for making this difficult transition a little easier.

We moved my mom into Regency Place several months ago. (She was previously living in one of the supposed "upscale" senior living facilities.) I am so very glad we moved her! The staff at Regency is so kind and caring. They work to help the seniors build relationships with one another, while also building a relationship with the seniors themselves. The activities director truly work hard to get the seniors involved with activities they enjoy. My mom continues to rave about the food (unlike the fancier establishment she was in.) It is such a relief to know my mom is well cared for and happy. Finally, I appreciate how easy it is to communicate with the staff. Regency Place is certainly a hidden gem.

My family’s experience so far with Regency Place has been quite positive. The nursing staff have been very responsive to the needs of our loved one and have worked well with our family as he has settled into living at Regency over the past two months. Emma was most helpful as we were first learning about Regency Place and provided an excellent tour that introduced us to key staff and allowed us to view all parts of the facility that were important to see. Her follow-up as questions occurred to us was excellent. Regency offers shuttle service to medical appointments on selected days of the week, which is important when we are unable to drive our loved one to appointments and staff have been able to monitor him on defined schedule, which has provided us with important peace of mind. Finally, we were impressed with how attractive Regency Place is and how well-maintained it is. We appreciate Regency Place.
