Lacking in care knowledge, medication administration, answering questions, lack in giving elders respect along with their family. Often it seemed as if we were imposing with a visit, Often annoyed with the residents. Have gone through more staff than any other establishment. Power trips on employees in front of residents,the newer upper management is extremely poor at doing their jobs. Business management lacks in common knowledge of her job description. Nurse doesn't give proper care. And care staff will not let you know about falls.
