Serving cold not good at all and no one is working on that. I want to say its rude and a 0 star rating and work on helping people and they come first not the workers.

Nurse Phyllis is never around and they had a family member that died unexpectedly and the staff was overwhelmed. A resident tragically passed away after being left under her supervision for over 24 hours without proper attention. During this time, the nurse was repeatedly unavailable and failed to provide the oversight and is expected in a nursing home setting. If I could give them a negative star review I would. This place is a joke, the staff felt neglected and overwhelmed and unprepared to handle the sudden death, and it raises urgent concerns about resident safety and staff support. Families place their trust in nursing staff to provide consistent, compassionate, and reliable care that trust was broken in this case. I would never move anyone in this facility ever again

The Executive Director at this community is one of the biggest downfalls of the entire place. She is uncommunicative, dismissive of both staff and residents, and completely fails to create a supportive or safe environment. Staff concerns are ignored, residents' voices go unheard, and morale has dropped drastically under her "leadership." It's clear she has no regard for the well-being of the team or the individuals who call this place home. An assisted living community should be led with compassion and accountability, but what we have instead is negligence and arrogance. This level of mismanagement is unacceptable and should be reviewed by the state before more harm is done.
